 1        AN ACT in relation to county government.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Counties  Code  is amended by changing
 5    Section 1-2002 as follows:

 6        (55 ILCS 5/1-2002) (from Ch. 34, par. 1-2002)
 7        Sec. 1-2002.  Notice of  election.  In  addition  to  the
 8    requirements  of the general election law, notices of an such
 9    election on a petition to transfer territory shall contain  a
10    description  of the territory proposed to be transferred, and
11    the names of the counties from and to which the such transfer
12    is intended to be made.
