 1        AN ACT concerning limited liability companies.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Limited Liability Company Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 45-55 as follows:

 6        (805 ILCS 180/45-55)
 7        Sec.  45-55.  Process;  service  on  a  foreign   limited
 8    liability  company.   Service of process on a foreign limited
 9    liability  company  must  shall  be  made  as   provided   in
10    subsection (b) of Section 1-50.
