 1        AN ACT in relation to labor relations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Public Labor  Relations  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 19 as follows:

 6        (5 ILCS 315/19) (from Ch. 48, par. 1619)
 7        Sec.   19.  Previous  collective  bargaining  agreements.
 8    Any collective bargaining agreement entered into before prior
 9    to the effective date of this Act shall remain in full  force
10    during its duration.
