 1        AN ACT concerning regulation.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Office of Banks and Real Estate Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 0.6 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3205/0.6)
 7        Sec. 0.6. Continuation and redesignation of Office.   The
 8    office  of the Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies that
 9    was created under Section 2.1 of the Illinois Banking Act  is
10    hereby  continued  and  hereby  redesignated as the Office of
11    Banks and Real Estate.
