SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 3918/55 rep.

    Amends the Illinois Building Commission Act. Repeals a Section concerning the identification of local building codes by certain municipalities and counties. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning buildings.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (20 ILCS 3918/55 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Illinois Building Commission Act is amended
6 by repealing Section 55.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
