605 ILCS 5/4-101   from Ch. 121, par. 4-101

    Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes technical changes in a provision concerning the powers and duties of the Department of Transportation.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
5 Section 4-101 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 5/4-101)  (from Ch. 121, par. 4-101)
7     Sec. 4-101.
8     The Department shall have the powers and duties stated in
9 Section~~Sections~~4-101.1and the following Sections preceding
10 Section 4-102~~to 4-101.16, inclusive~~.
