 1        AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 120/27)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)
 8        Sec. 27.  Social Security Number on license  application.
 9    In addition to any other information required to be contained
10    in  the  application,  every  application  for  an  original,
11    renewal,  or  restored  license  under  this  Act  must shall
12    include the applicant's Social Security Number.
