 1        AN ACT in relation to transportation.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Local  Mass  Transit  District  Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 3610/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 351)
 7        Sec. 1. Short title.   This Act may shall  be  known  and
 8    cited as the "Local Mass Transit District Act".
