 1        AN ACT in relation to property.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Code  of  Civil Procedure is amended by
 5    changing Section 7-103.9 as follows:

 6        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.9)
 7        Sec. 7-103.9.  Quick-take;  rail  carriers.    Quick-take
 8    proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used by a rail carrier
 9    within  the  time  limitations  and  subject to the terms and
10    conditions set forth in  Section  18c-7501  of  the  Illinois
11    Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/18c-7501).
