 1        AN ACT concerning employment.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
 5    Section 9 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 105/9) (from Ch. 48, par. 1009)
 7        Sec. 9.  Every employer subject to any provision of  this
 8    Act  or  of  any regulations issued under this Act must shall
 9    keep a summary of this Act  approved  by  the  Director,  and
10    copies of any applicable regulations issued under this Act or
11    a  summary  of  such regulations, posted in a conspicuous and
12    accessible place in or about the premises wherever any person
13    subject to this Act is employed. Employers shall be furnished
14    copies of such summaries and  regulations  by  the  State  on
15    request without charge.
