 1        AN ACT in relation to the Metropolitan Water  Reclamation
 2    District.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Metropolitan Water  Reclamation  District
 6    Act is amended by changing Section 4.1 as follows:

 7        (70 ILCS 2605/4.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 323.1)
 8        Sec.  4.1. Classifying and filling positions. All offices
 9    and places of employment, other than the offices of  sanitary
10    district  trustees  and  the  offices  enumerated  in Section
11    section 4.13 of this Act, in the sanitary district  shall  be
12    classified  and filled in the manner hereinafter provided for
13    and not otherwise.
