 1        AN ACT relating to higher education.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 9.05 as follows:

 6        (110 ILCS 205/9.05) (from Ch. 144, par. 189.05)
 7        Sec. 9.05.  Rules and  regulations.  To  make  rules  and
 8    regulations for its meetings, procedures and the execution of
 9    the powers and duties delegated to it by this Act.
