 1        AN   ACT   in   relation  to  downstate  forest  preserve
 2    districts.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Downstate Forest Preserve District Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 3 as follows:

 7        (70 ILCS 805/3) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6304)
 8        Sec.  3.  Judicial  notice  of  downstate forest preserve
 9    districts.  All courts shall  take  judicial  notice  of  all
10    forest preserve districts organized under this act.
