 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS,  The  members   of   the   Illinois   House   of
 3    Representatives would like to recognize Ernest David Sinclair
 4    as he celebrates his 50th birthday on May 10, 2003; and

 5        WHEREAS,  Mr.  Sinclair  was  born  on  May  10,  1953 at
 6    Elmhurst Memorial Hospital to Ernest and  Eleanore  Sinclair;
 7    and

 8        WHEREAS, Mr. Sinclair attended York High School; he was a
 9    member  of  the cross country team and the wrestling team; he
10    received a bachelor's degree from the University of  Northern
11    Colorado;  and  he  received  his juris doctorate from Thomas
12    Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California; and

13        WHEREAS, Mr. Sinclair worked as a  bail  officer  for  12
14    years  in  San Diego before returning to Illinois to work for
15    the Illinois House  Republican  Staff  where  he  staffs  the
16    Judicial  Committee  on  Criminal  Law  and he has previously
17    staffed Personnel and Pensions; he is currently  serving  his
18    fourth legislative session; and

19        WHEREAS,  Mr.  Sinclair  has  one  brother,  Don; and two
20    sisters, Elizabeth and Deborah; he enjoys good cigars, riding
21    motorcycles,  and  rehabilitating  his  home;  he   will   be
22    celebrating  his  birthday  with a Harley Davidson Motorcycle
23    tour of northern Illinois; therefore, be it

24        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES   OF   THE
25    NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
26    we wish Ernest David Sinclair a happy 50th birthday and  good
27    health and happiness; and be it further

28        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
29    presented to Ernest David Sinclair.
