 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members of the House of  Representatives  of
 3    the  State  of  Illinois are honored to recognize significant
 4    milestones in the lives of the people of this State; and

 5        WHEREAS, It has come  to  our  attention  that  Anastasiq
 6    Klapkowski  of Chicago is celebrating the 80th anniversary of
 7    her birth; and

 8        WHEREAS, Mrs. Klapkowski was born March 13, 1923, in  the
 9    Pilsen  community  of  Chicago  and has resided in the Cragin
10    community of Chicago since 1937; and

11        WHEREAS, Mrs. Klapkowski was married to Walter Klapkowski
12    for 27 years; he passed away in 1975; and

13        WHEREAS, Mrs. Klapkowski is the  proud  mother  of  three
14    children, Joseph, Maryann, and John; and

15        WHEREAS,  Mrs.  Klapkowski  is  an  active  member of the
16    Mother's Club, the Senior Citizen's Club,  and  she  is  also
17    involved   with  Community  Area  Policing  Strategy  (CAPS);
18    therefore, be it

19        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES   OF   THE
20    NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
21    we congratulate Anastasiq Klapkowski on the occasion  of  her
22    birthday  and  extend  to her our sincere best wishes for the
23    future; and be it further

24        RESOLVED, That a suitable  copy  of  this  resolution  be
25    presented  to  Anastasiq  Klapkowski  as an expression of our
26    respect and esteem.
