 1        AN ACT in relation to transportation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Toll Highway Act is amended by  changing
 5    Section 7.5 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 10/7.5)
 7        Sec.  7.5.  Public comments at board meetings.  The board
 8    of directors shall set aside a portion of each meeting of the
 9    board that is open to the public pursuant to  the  provisions
10    of the Open Meetings Act.  During that portion, which members
11    of  the  public who are present at the meeting may comment on
12    any subject.
