 1        AN ACT concerning highways.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
 5    Section 9.15 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 10/9.15)
 7        Sec. 9.15.  Owner retention of certain items.  The  owner
 8    of  property  to  be acquired by the Authority has shall have
 9    the right to  retain  ownership  of  a  dwelling's  cabinets,
10    moldings,  and  fixtures.   If  the  Authority  acquires  the
11    dwelling,  the  property owner may remove cabinets, moldings,
12    and fixtures if stipulated in the agreement to  purchase  the
13    property.
