 1        AN ACT in relation to railroads.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 6 as follows:

 6        (610 ILCS 5/6) (from Ch. 114, par. 6)
 7        Sec. 6. A copy of the by-laws of  the  corporation,  duly
 8    certified, shall be recorded as provided for the recording of
 9    the articles of association in Section 2 of this Act; and all
10    amendments  and additions thereto, duly certified, shall also
11    be recorded as herein provided, within 90 ninety  days  after
12    the adoption thereof.
