 1        AN ACT in relation to taxes.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Hotel Operators' Occupation  Tax  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (35 ILCS 145/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 481b.31)
 7        Sec.  1.   Short  title; additional tax.  This Act may be
 8    cited as the Hotel Operators' Occupation  Tax  Act.  The  tax
 9    herein  imposed  shall be in addition to all other occupation
10    or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any
11    municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
