70 ILCS 215/1   from Ch. 85, par. 1250.1

    Amends the Fair and Exposition Authority Reconstruction Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT in relation to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition
2 Authority.

3     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

5     Section 5. The Fair and Exposition Authority
6 Reconstruction Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

7     (70 ILCS 215/1)  (from Ch. 85, par. 1250.1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act ~~shall be known and~~ may be
9 cited as the~~"~~Fair and Exposition Authority Reconstruction
10 Act~~"~~.
