SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 216/20

Amends the Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act of 2000. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the deposit of fees.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act of 2000 is amended by changing Section 20 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2011)

Sec. 20. Deposit of fees. All fees collected pursuant to this Act must shall be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund.
