Amends the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to estates.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Uniform Anatomical Gift Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(755 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 301)

Sec. 1. Short title Title . This Act may be cited as the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
