Amends the Water Use Act of 1983. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning water.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Water Use Act of 1983 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(525 ILCS 45/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1601)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Water Use Act of 1983".
