Amends the Community Services Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Community Services Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(405 ILCS 30/5) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 905)

Sec. 5. Short title. This Act may shall be cited known as the "Community Services Act".
