Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to children.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Early Intervention Services System Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(325 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 4151)

Sec. 1. Short title Title. This Act may be cited as the Early Intervention Services System Act.
