SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

820 ILCS 147/45

Amends the School Visitation Rights Act. Makes a stylistic change in provisions concerning violations.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Visitation Rights Act is amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

(820 ILCS 147/45)

Sec. 45. Violation. An Any employer who violates this Act is guilty of a petty offense and may be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
