110 ILCS 205/9   from Ch. 144, par. 189

    Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Board's powers and duties.

1     AN ACT relating to higher education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by
5 changing Section 9 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 205/9)  (from Ch. 144, par. 189)
7     Sec. 9. Powers and duties. The Board shall exercise the
8 powers and duties specified in the following Sections preceding
9 Section 10 in addition to those otherwise specified in this
10 Act.
