Amends the Illinois Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT with respect to taxation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 405A-1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Illinois Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Act.
