Amends the Solicitation for Charity Act. Makes technical changes to a Section concerning severability.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Solicitation for Charity Act is amended by changing Section 14 as follows:

(225 ILCS 460/14) (from Ch. 23, par. 5114)

Sec. 14. Severability. If any provision of this Act, or the application of such provision to any persons, body or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Act, or the application of such provision to persons, bodies or circumstances other than those as to which it shall have been held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
