Amends the Housing Authorities Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the Act's short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to housing.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Housing Authorities Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(310 ILCS 10/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 1)

Sec. 1. This Act may be cited shall be known as the "Housing Authorities Act".
