SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 120/27

Amends the Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act. Makes technical changes to a Section concerning social security numbers on license applications.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning wholesale drug distribution.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)

Sec. 27. Social Security Number on license application. In addition to any other information required to be contained in the application, every application for an original, renewal, or restored license under this Act must shall include the applicant's Social Security Number.
