| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is | | 5 |
| amended by changing Sections 5-15, 5-20, and 5-160 as follows:

| (20 ILCS 5/5-15) (was 20 ILCS 5/3)

| Sec. 5-15. Departments of State government. The | | 8 |
| Departments of
State government are created as follows:

| The Department on Aging.

| The Department of Agriculture.

| The Department of Central Management Services.

| The Department of Children and Family Services.
| | 13 |
| The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

| The Department of Employment Security.

| The Emergency Management Agency.

| The Department of Financial Institutions.
| | 18 |
| The Department of Human Rights.
| | 19 |
| The Department of Human Services.
