Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Code.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to executive agencies.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Short Title and General Provisions Article of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 5/1-1) (was 20 ILCS 5/1)

Sec. 1-1. Short Title short title. This Act may be cited as the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
