110 ILCS 520/20 new

Amends the Southern Illinois University Management Act. Allows the University to establish a hospitality industry training program at its facility located in East St. Louis, Illinois.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Southern Illinois University Management Act is amended by adding Section 20 as follows:

(110 ILCS 520/20 new)

Sec. 20. Hospitality industry training program. The University may establish a hospitality industry training program at its facility located in East St. Louis, Illinois.
