SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 500/25-45

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning energy conservation.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning procurement.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by changing Section 25-45 as follows:

(30 ILCS 500/25-45)

Sec. 25-45. Energy conservation program. State purchasing officers may enter into energy conservation program contracts that provide for utility cost savings. Each The chief procurement officer shall promulgate and adopt rules for the implementation of this Section.
