Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to health facilities.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing Section 1-102 as follows:

Sec. 1-102. Definitions. For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Article have the meanings ascribed to them herein.
