 1        AN ACT concerning counties.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Counties  Code  is  amended  by  adding
 5    Section 1041.5 as follows:

 6        (55 ILCS 5/1041.5 new)
 7        Section 5-1041.5.  Developer donations.  The County board
 8    of  any  county  may  create  a  schedule  for and to collect
 9    developer donation fees for any impact on the county's public
10    infrastructure, services, or operations  if  that  impact  is
11    specifically  and uniquely attributable to the development of
12    any  subdivision  or  resubdivision   of   land   within   an
13    unincorporated area of that county.

14        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
15    becoming law.
