 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4                              ARTICLE 1

 5        Section 1.  The following named sums, or so much  thereof
 6    as  may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the
 7    General  Revenue  Fund  to  the  Guardianship  and   Advocacy
 8    Commission for the purposes hereinafter named:
 9      For Personal Services......................... $  6,120,000
10      For Employee Retirement Contributions
11       Paid by Employer.............................      244,800
12      For State Contributions to the State
13      Employees' Retirement System .................      822,500
14      For State Contributions to
15       Social Security..............................      468,200
16      For Contractual Services......................      260,600
17      For Travel....................................      169,200
18      For Commodities...............................       15,700
19      For Printing..................................       13,600
20      For Equipment.................................        8,200
21      For Electronic Data Processing................       22,300
22      For Telecommunications Services...............      253,000
23      For Operation of Auto Equipment...............        8,200
24        Total                                          $8,406,300

25        Section  2.   The  sum of $193,200, or so much thereof as
26    may be necessary, is appropriated from the  Guardianship  and
27    Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for
28    services  pursuant  to  Section  5  of  the  Guardianship and
29    Advocacy Act.

 1        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
 2    July 1, 2003.
