 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4                              ARTICLE 1

 5        Section 1.  The sum of $200,000, or so  much  thereof  as
 6    may  be  necessary,  is appropriated from the General Revenue
 7    Fund to the Illinois State Finance Authority for the  purpose
 8    of  interest  buy-back  as authorized under the Illinois Farm
 9    Development Act.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
11    July 1, 2003.
