 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  amount  of $200,000, or so much of that
 5    amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the  General
 6    Revenue  Fund  to  the  Department  of Commerce and Community
 7    Affairs for a grant to the Village  of  Stone  Park  for  the
 8    purpose  of  making  emergency  repairs  to  stop  water from
 9    leaking from water mains.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  July
11    1, 2003.
