 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  In addition to all other amounts appropriated
 5    for that purpose, the sum of $3,000,000, or so much  of  that
 6    amount  as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
 7    Revenue Fund to the Department  of  Human  Services  for  the
 8    purpose of reopening the Alton Mental Health Center.

 9        Section  99.  Effective  date. This Act takes effect upon
10    becoming law.
