 1        AN ACT in relation to State procurement.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by
 5    changing Section 1-15.03 as follows:

 6        (30 ILCS 500/1-15.03)
 7        Sec. 1-15.03. Associate Procurement Officers.  "Associate
 8    Procurement   Officers"  means  those  persons  appointed  as
 9    provided in Section 10-15 of this Code.
