 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of  that  amount
 5    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
 6    Fund  to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for
 7    expenses incurred in relation to the  Illinois  Main  Streets
 8    Program  under  Section 605-111 of the Department of Commerce
 9    and Community Affairs Law of the Civil Administrative Code of
10    Illinois.

11        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
12    July 1, 2003.
