 1        AN ACT in relation to child support.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Non-Support Punishment Act is amended  by
 5    changing Section 22 as follows:

 6        (750 ILCS 16/22)
 7        Sec.  22.  Withholding  of  income  to  secure payment of
 8    support. An order for support entered or modified under  this
 9    Act is subject to the Income Withholding for Support Act (750
10    ILCS 28/).
