 1        AN ACT concerning business transactions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Motor  Vehicle Retail Installment Sales
 5    Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (815 ILCS 375/1) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 561)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title. This Act may be cited as the  Motor
 8    Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.
