 1        AN ACT in relation to taxes.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Service  Use  Tax  Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 10a as follows:

 6        (35 ILCS 110/10a) (from Ch. 120, par. 439.40a)
 7        Sec.  10a.   Bond. Notwithstanding any other provision to
 8    the contrary, any person who  is  required  to  file  a  bond
 9    pursuant   to   any   provision  of  this  Act  and  who  has
10    continuously complied with all provisions of this Act for  24
11    or  more  consecutive  months, shall no longer be required to
12    comply with the bonding provisions of this  Act  so  long  as
13    such   person  continues  his  or  her  compliance  with  the
14    provisions of this Act.
