 1        AN ACT concerning labor.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Department  of  Labor Law of the Civil
 5    Administrative  Code  of  Illinois  is  amended  by  changing
 6    Section 1505-30 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 1505/1505-30) (was 20 ILCS 1505/43.08)
 8        Sec.   1505-30.    Improvement   of   Improving   working
 9    conditions.  The Department has the power  to improve working
10    conditions.
