 1        AN ACT concerning employment.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Day and Temporary Labor Services Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 75 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 175/75)
 7        Sec. 75.  Willful violations. Whoever willfully  violates
 8    any  of  the provisions of this Act or any rule adopted under
 9    this Act, or whoever obstructs the Department of  Labor,  its
10    inspectors  or  deputies,  or  any other person authorized to
11    inspect places of employment under this Act shall  be  guilty
12    of  a  Class A misdemeanor. Each day during which a violation
13    of  this  Act  continues  shall  constitute  a  separate  and
14    distinct  offense,  and  the  employment  of  any  person  in
15    violation of the Act shall, with respect to  each  person  so
16    employed,   constitute   a  separate  and  distinct  offense.
17    Whenever, in the opinion of the Department,  a  violation  of
18    the  Act  has  occurred,  the  Department  shall  report  the
19    violation to the Attorney General of this State who has shall
20    have authority to prosecute all reported violations.
