 1        AN ACT respecting higher education.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois State University Law is  amended
 5    by changing Section 20-10 as follows:

 6        (110 ILCS 675/20-10)
 7        Sec.  20-10.  Creation of Board.  There is hereby created
 8    a body politic and corporate which shall be styled the  Board
 9    of  Trustees of Illinois State University (hereinafter called
10    the Board), and which shall  operate,  manage,  control,  and
11    maintain  Illinois  State  University  in accordance with the
12    rights, powers and duties now or hereafter vested by  law  in
13    that Board.
