 1        AN ACT in relation to health.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Protection and Advocacy for Mentally Ill
 5    Persons Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

 6        (405 ILCS 45/0.01) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1350)
 7        Sec. 0.01.  Short Title title.  This Act may be cited  as
 8    the Protection and Advocacy for Mentally Ill Persons Act.
